Hi, my name is Louise. I love dogs and have two of my own. I first started grooming dogs when I was 12 years old, assisting a professional groomer who was based at our local vet clinic where I volunteered. Over a number of years I developed the knowledge, skills and experience to clip and groom all breeds of dogs.

In 2010 I started my own independent professional grooming business based in Taranaki called ‘Happy Dogs’. Happy dogs was based from my home and also at two vet clinics in the region. My client base consisted of a large range of breeds of dogs as well as cats and the occasional rabbit. 

My family and I are now settled in Northland at Ruakaka Beach. 

My goal is to ensure that any pet that comes to Kind Clips leaves feeling great, looking just how the owner likes them and smelling nice too. Every effort will be made to ensure that each dog feels as comfortable as possible during the grooming process.
